Sheer Korma

For many days i was thinking to prepare a sweet dish.But i didnt know what to prepare.I was thinking and thinking that wht to make differently which i havent tried yet.Then  thought  will surf in the net but tht  doesnt worked.I went and sat calmly and I was just thinking what all dish i ve tasted before.Then came a spl delicious sweeet in my mind which i tasted in Hyderabad....
.Sheer Korma. This dish is a famous dish in hyderabad and also in pakistan.Muslims prepare this on Eid.
When i was in hyderabad my neighbour gave me on Eid.First when i saw i thought its just a phirni but whn tasted MaashaAllah you wont believe it was so delicious that i itself had half the sweet.......
I decided to make this dish but was nervous that whether it ll  come good or not but then with all  my confidence i continued .and..... :) you dont believe  it was so  delicious.Alhamdhulillah i didnt expect this.Even one of my friend tasted and she also told it is good.so guys hope u all will give it a try to this new sweet dish.

Ingredients

Sevai(semia thin)      -1cup
Coconut (grated)      -1/2 cup
Cashews                  -25 gms
Raisins                     -25 gms
Badam                     -25gms
Milk                         -4cups
Milkmaid                  -2tbsp
Kesar                       -few strips
Sugar                       - 2 cups
Ghee                        -3 tbsp
salt (a pinch)

Method

First pour milk in a pan and bring to boil.simmer for 5 mins.Meanwhile in another pan add some ghee and fry all the nuts and along with that add the sevia(semia) and fry in a low flame.whn it is done add all this which u fried into the milk and cook for 15 mins in a low flame.Add pinch of salt.then add the sugar (those who r diet concious can add sweetener instead of sugar it ll also taste good).when the sugar dissolves and get thickened add few kesar into it.Then add the milkmaid and mix it well.Off the flame.Serve either  hot or chilled.Both tastes good but chilled is more good.
