Ingredients
- 3 to 4 Eggs
 - 70g of Minced Meat
 - 2 teaspoon of Chopped Garlic
 - Half Onions (Chopped)
 - 1 tablespoon of Light Soya Sauce (opt)
 - White/black Pepper
 - Olive Oil
 
Preparation
- Break Eggs into mixture bowl and beat it
 - Add Minced Meat, half portion of chopped Onion, Light Soya Sauce(opt) and Pepper and beat to mix well.
 
Steps
- Add Olive Oil into hot pan
 - Add another half portion of Chopped Onion and stir-fry until translucent.
 - Add Garlic and before it turn brown, Add Mixture
 - Turn the Mixture when one side turn slightly brown
 - Once both side turn slightly brown, it is done
 
Tips and Comments:
- Garlic is added to improve the taste and fragrant, but it is optional.
 - Half portion of Chopped Onion is added into mixture as the other half is added to the stir-fry process to increase the fragrant of this dish.
