Falooda

Falooda  is a popular and traditional cold dessert or beverage in South Asia made by mixing with vermicelli and sabza along with ice cream. Falooda is an adaptation of the persian dessert Faloodeh and was brought to the Indian subcontinent during the Mughal period.
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • iced water in a pan with a colander on top of it
  • All types of fruits (chopped)
  • Ice Cream
  • Jelly/Berries
  • Nuts
  • custard
  • Sabza(basil seeds)
  • vermicelli
  • Milk
Method
Mix the cornflour with 1 cup water and bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring all the time.

As soon as it becomes translucent, take it off the heat.

Transfer the cornflour paste on to the colander and press with the spoon so that the pressed paste falls into the iced water in shreds.
If u want u can add color to the corn flour  like green for little and red for little.so that when u arrange it looks good.

Leave for 30 minutes.
sabza should be soaked in little milk for half an hour.
Then firstly add the custard layer, then add little fruits, sabza ,vermicelli ,then the corn flour mixture, again little fruits last but nottheleast ice cream and on the top jelly.
Serve chilled.
