I love smoothie for my Breakfast, so refreshing & filling ones. You
can blend any combo of fruits/Nuts with milk or yogurt to make a
perfect breakfast smoothie. Recently i tried Soft tofu,banana & strawberry
combo and it turned out awesome.
Soft Tofu,banana & strawberry are rich in antioxidants,Calcium, controls blood pressure, good for skin and has anti ageing properties and above all both the fruits taste so so delicious and the color of the fruits really attracts everyone, that too the heart shaped strawberries definitely a favorite fruit of many of us Right?! Generally its good to include more fruits & veggies in our diet and smoothie are one of the best way to add more fruits in single serving. Am trying this kinda smoothie for my breakfast n snacks.
This smoothie is very easy to prepare n healthy too.Do give it a try.
Ingredients
Tofu (Soft)- 1 pack(250 gms)
Strawberries-5-6 nos
Banana -1no
Sugar -3-4 tbsp(adj acc to ur sweetness)
salt -a pinch
Cashew-few
Almonds-few
Method
Cut the Tofu ,bananas and strawberries into small pieces.Firstly crush the nuts in a food processor and then add all the ingredients to it and grind it to a smooth puree adding water.
Note:
U can add Milk instead of water if u want more rich and healthy.
