Vermicelli is known by a host of other names – Sevia, Seviya, Semiya, Sevai. Upma is a great breakfast or snack idea and goes great with all chutneys.
Ingredients
Kheema -1cup
Vermicelli(fried) -1pkt
Onion -2chopped
Tomato -1chopped
Chilly pwd -2tsp
Yogurt -3tbsp
Green chillys -2 slit
Pudina -few
Corainder leaves -few
Ginger/garlic paste -2tsp
cinnamon -1 no
Oil -2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method
- Heat oil in a wok or pan add the cinnamom,cardamom,pudina leaves and green chillys.
- Then add the onions,and kheems and saute well till th kheema r cooked in the oil.
- Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
- Now add the chilly pwd,yogurt and tomatoes and cook well.
- Then add 1 litre of water to it and add salt and little corainder leaves.
- Bring to boil.when the water boils in a medium flame add the vermicelli to it stirring.
- keep it for 2 min in loww flame.
- Garnish with corainder leaves.
- Serve with Mint chutney.
