Peanut Laddu

Laddu's are everyones favorite.whether it is rava laddu or the other laddus.They r the best dessert to have after food.Even Laddus can be eaten as snacks too.Kids will eat in every occassions.This peanut laddu sounds diferent but it is reall tasty too.we cant control ourself to stop eating this.

Ingredients
Rice flour             -1cup
Peanut                 -1/4 cup (coarsly powdered)
Grated coconut    -1cup
Jaggerry              -1/2 cup(grated)
Ghee                   -2tbsp
salt  a pinch



Method
  • To the rice flour, add litttle water and a pinch of salt as required.
  • Mix and rub well till it resembles bread crumbs.Keep aside for five minto absorb.
  • Spread this in puttu maker or idly cooker.
  • Steam cook till done.
  • Then along with this puttu add the grated coconut,jagerry,ghee and powdered peanut.
  • Mix well and make a small lemon size balls.
  • If the mixture is too dry and starts to crumble, add few teaspoons of milk, one at a time, and form the balls.
  • Garnish with grated coconut.
