Rich in fiber and helps in preventing the kidney stones. Good to serve with rice. Can even be had raw. Most of us wouldnt have tasted , and some are lazy to do this.But i am sure this receipe is yummy for everyone including children and easy for moms to do as u r going to use only a little part of the vegetable. This is very healthy and tasty too.
Ingredients
Banana Stem -1/2
Curd -1cup
Green chillys -2
Carrot -1/2(chopped)
Onion -1/2(chopped)
Corainder Leaves -little
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Cut the banana Stem round by round.Then chop it and put them in water mixed with some curd.This is to prevent the banana stem to become blackened.Then using fork take the fibres out.
Take one cup of curd.Add the chopped banana stem,chopped onion,gren chillys,carrot,salt,lemon juice and corainder leaves.serve chill.
