Hi Everyone...Hope all of urs Ramazan is going well.For long time i coudnt post any new event b'cos of fasting.I was very busy in going to makkah and coming.This is the holy month in which all our prayers r accepted InshaAllah and our sins r forgiven.so i was indulged in doing that.I was wondering to post an event in my blog.I thought this ll be the best time to post a few events.Now lets go to the recipe.
Hope Everyone will like it and will try this recipe and give comments too.
Ingredients
Kheema -1cup
Gobi -1cup
Potato -2no(cut into big cubes)s
mattar -1/4 cup
Onion -2no(sliced)
Tomato -1(small)
ginger/garlic paste -1tbsp
cinnamon stick -1inch
cardamon -1no
Oil -2tbsp
corainder leaves -little(for garnishing)
Salt -to taste

Method
- In a pan add oil.Allow to heat.
- Add the cinnamon stick and carmon and wait to splutter.
- Then add the sliced onions and stir fry till it becomes golden brown.
- Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a while after that add the kheema,gobi,mattar and potato.saute for 2 min and then add the tomatoes and salt.
- Add one glass of water and cover the lid and cook for 10 min.
- When cooked garnish with corainder leaves and serve.
