To top it off, this mineral rich bone soup is very good for health.When cooked, the collagen becomes gelatin and the broth gets very rich and has healing properties. If you can't get trotters, you can use any kind of mutton bones.This is my most favorite soup.This will taste great and Yummy.

Tapioca Fry
Tapioca is widely consumed in the state of Kerala It is either boiled or cooked with spices. Tapioca with fish curry (especially Sardine) is a delicacy in Kerala. Thinly sliced tapioca wafers, similar to potato chips, are popular too. Cassava, often referred to as tapioca in English, is called Kappa . Tapioca is regarded as a staple food of the common man in Kerala.Varieties of food can be prepared by tapiocca and it is all time favorite for everyone who loves it.
Banana Stem Salad
Rich in fiber and helps in preventing the kidney stones. Good to serve with rice. Can even be had raw. Most of us wouldnt have tasted , and some are lazy to do this.But i am sure this receipe is yummy for everyone including children and easy for moms to do as u r going to use only a little part of the vegetable. This is very healthy and tasty too.
